Hello again! Today I am hopping on the blog to share with you what I do to feel inspired. Sometimes, we find ourselves in a creative rut that we can’t seem to get out of. So, here are a few ways to inspire creativity and happiness!
one. Surround yourself with people who make you feel happy. After all, someone’s mood will affect your mood. If you want to be happy, spend your time with happy people.
two. Make time for yourself. Whether this means journaling, going for a stroll, or reading a book. It is so important to be able to tune into your emotions.
three. MOVE. Yoga, dancing, and going on long walks are my favorite way to exercise. Utilize the vessel that takes you through life.
four. Smile. Something just as simple as turning up the corners of your lips is scientifically proven to boost your mood.
five. Eat good foods. And lots of fruits and vegetables. But remember, having a sweet treat once and awhile doesn’t hurt.
six. Explore. Some may travel to another country, some may find a new walking path in their neighborhood. Finding a new, special place is sure to put a smile on your face.
