Today, I decided to make my family a nutritious and delicious lunch. They do so much for me and are quite busy, so I wanted to treat them. If you haven’t already noticed, a way that I show gratitude is by making feasts for those I love the most!
The menu was completely vegan (by accident) and full of color. The components of this dish were butternut squash hummus, roasted beets with a sprinkling of nutritional yeast, shaved cucumber, pickled red onions, and rosemary baguette.
